Analytics without paid ads
Measurement and advertising are two products. GA4 counts visits, sources, and pages. Google Ads buys impressions. A site built for organic search needs the first. It does not need an ads conversion tag if there is no campaign.
What to connect, and what not to
A GA4 property on the business account shows how many people arrived from Google, from which page, and whether they sent the form. Without that you cannot tell whether the guides bring visits.
An Ads tag, an ad pixel, and remarketing do not improve organic rank. They follow people for ads. If there is no campaign, there is no reason to load them.
