Website maintenance after launch
Going live is not the end. An expired domain, a broken form, and a certificate that was not renewed take down a site that worked. Maintenance is a list of jobs, not a fee for silence with no detail.
What breaks if nobody looks
A domain is registered for a term. If it is not renewed, the name drops and can be lost. The security certificate has to stay valid. A form has to be tested after a change. A backup has to exist before something is deleted.
Ez-Site’s full maintenance package states updates, a daily backup, content fixes up to an hour of work, monitoring, and a monthly report. What is not written there is not included. A large change is a project, not a maintenance hour.
