Forms that arrive on WhatsApp
A form that reaches nobody is a pretty page with no enquiries. Here, sending opens a WhatsApp message to the business, with the fields the visitor filled. The enquiry does not stay only in the browser.
What the message must contain
Name, phone, and email and message if they were filled. Without a name and number you cannot call back. Without the message text you start a conversation without knowing what it is about.
Before launch, send one real enquiry and see it on WhatsApp. If the message did not open, the form is not finished.
