Automation for a small business
A small business loses time on the same five minutes, ten times a day. Not on a lack of software. A good automation starts with one action, gets tested, and only then the next one is added.
An order that works
First write the action as it happens: who receives it, what is missing, where it goes. Then build only that step. If you add five connections on day one, nobody knows what broke.
Common tools are enough for most of it: WhatsApp, a sheet, a calendar. Change a tool only when the current one cannot run the rule.
| Pain | First automation | Not yet |
|---|---|---|
| Enquiries get lost | A WhatsApp message with the details | A full CRM |
| You forget to follow up | A reminder after two days | Ten paths |
| You copy into a spreadsheet | An automatic row | A management report |
