What 9,500 NIS buys
An agent, one job, a connection to the business number on the WhatsApp Business API, a handoff to a person, a sheet log, a test on real conversations, and one month of bug fixes. There is no monthly fee to Ez-Site.
Two agents on the same number are 16,500 NIS: a router is added, not a second Meta connection. These prices do not include an inbox for a team, a CRM, a third agent, or three months of care.

What the number does not cover
Meta charges for conversations and template messages on its own price list. A server and a language model are also a provider bill. 9,500 NIS does not cover them, because the amount follows how many conversations you have.
Two jobs on the same number are the 16,500 NIS package. A third agent or a connection to an accounting system is in neither price. Those stop and get their own quote.
